One data model. Every tool you actually run the business on.
Nearly every company ends up running the business the same way: a CRM for pipeline, a separate tool for documents, another for projects, another for support, another for decks, another for dispatch, another for notetaking — each bought on its own, at its own price, with its own login and its own copy of the truth that never quite agrees with the others. Nobody sits down and designs it that way. It's just what happens after a few years of solving each new problem by buying one more app. Most teams have stopped even noticing it's a problem.
Omnox exists because we didn't think that had to be permanent. Instead of building one more tool to add to the pile, we built the whole stack as one product on one shared data model — for less than most teams are already paying for the sprawl, since one bill replaces however many you're juggling now.
Building this recently, instead of years ago, is what makes it possible: everything here was designed AI-native from day one, not added on later. The architecture is built to keep adapting as the ground shifts under it, the pricing is structured like infrastructure, and the company is still small enough to work directly with the teams betting on it early.
That last part tends to sound like a pitch, so here's the part that isn't: because every module writes to the same canonical record, nothing here is siloed — ask Lens a plain-English question and get an answer pulled live from opportunities, documents, tasks, tickets, and shipments at once, instead of stitching together exports from five different tools. That's not a feature bolted on top. It's only possible because the data was never split apart to begin with, which is the actual, checkable difference between Omnox and a pile of tools with a shared login screen.
We're not trying to replace everything — Slack, email, and a handful of other tools stay exactly where they are; we're not out to rebuild them. What's built in keeps growing.
